About Us
If you’re here, you’re curious. And if you’re curious, we’re sorry to disappoint. We’re very boring.
Despite that, we have some pretty strong opinions and a love for sharing. Please consider this the From Kalliope With Love Inc. manifesto:
- AI was built for labor, not art.
- Creativity is human.
- There are no AI solutions to AI problems.
- You are not a product. Keep your data secure.
- Community is resistance.
- Education is power.
- Justice for all.
- Be inclusive. Be kind.
Founded in Minneapolis, MN, From Kalliope With Love Inc. is a values-driven software company building cool products for humans who write. With broad applicability across the publishing, education, and legal industries, our patent-pending technologies are designed to shake things up in an AI-saturated world.
You may not agree with us, but always remember that sticking to your values should cost you something.

Chris Pridemore
Chris is a disabled Army veteran turned engineer with fifteen years in cybersecurity and software. A fantasy novelist, Chris built the prototype of Kalliope Draft after realizing every writing tool available fails at its most basic job: getting out of the writer’s way. Kalliope Draft lives at the intersection of his three crafts, engineering, security, and writing, because better tools help artists see their vision through.

Ria Caldwell
Ria spent nearly a decade as a corporate attorney before defecting to the business side. She is also a writer, artist, and MFA candidate. When Chris showed Ria Kalliope Draft, she saw not only the value for writers, but the potential applications in the publishing, education, and legal industries.
